We're hiring Regional Sales Manager for Kerala region
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and distribution effectiveness across a designated region. This role involves managing sales teams, distributor networks, key accounts, and ensuring achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability targets in the FMCG sector.
- Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development, Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution systems and trade channels.
- Experience managing large sales teams and distributor networks.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
