Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting products and providing excellent service.
  • Handle billing and cash transactions.
  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
  • Receive, arrange, and replenish inventory.
  • Support order packing and dispatch activities when required.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams.
  • Learn about electronic products and guide customers accordingly.
  • Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
