Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets and business growth objectives. The role involves generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team, assign targets, monitor individual performance, conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotations. The role also includes coordinating with the design, estimation, production, project, and accounts departments to ensure accurate pricing, smooth order processing, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager must maintain updated CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, analyse market trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for repeat business, and ensure that sales targets are achieved while maintaining healthy profit margins. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or building materials industry.
