Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Manager
v Generate New Business
v Find and expand to new markets
v Understand Customer Requirements and introduce new products
v Analyze Customer requirements and forward to Sales Team Leader
v Develop and Manage Sales Team
v Ensure Maintenance of Enquiry Records
v Achieve targets
v Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Standard Operating Procedure
· Review and understand the project
· Check all basic information
· Allocate to Sales team leader as per location, Type of Project
Daily Monitoring
· Review all sales projects
· Understand the concerns and bottlenecks
· Intervene the sales activity if needed
· Escalate the concern to Chief Business Officer if needed
