Job Description
A Debt Recovery Telecaller makes phone calls to customers with overdue bills or late loan payments to help them clear their dues. [1]
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Call customers to remind them about pending EMIs or overdue balances.
- Negotiation: Discuss payment options and set up realistic repayment plans.
- Record Keeping: Update call logs, payment dates, and promises-to-pay (PTP) in the CRM software.
- Compliance: Follow company rules and legal guidelines, such as RBI norms for collections. [1, 2, 3]
