​Job Overview​: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations at our Cochin Regional Office. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and in-depth knowledge of GST compliance and filing. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities​
• Accounting & Financial Operations:
• ​Maintain and manage complete books of accounts using Tally Prime.
• ​Oversee accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), vendor payments, and bank reconciliations (BRS).
• ​Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closure reports.
• ​GST & Statutory Compliance:
• ​Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including filing regular returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C).
• ​Perform monthly GSTR-2A/2B reconciliations to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
• ​Ensure compliance with Kerala GST regulations and local statutory requirements.
• ​Manage TDS deduction, e-TDS return filing, and issuing Form 16/16A.
• ​Reporting & Data Analysis:​
• Utilize Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, and formulas) to prepare MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses.
• ​Present monthly financial updates to management.
• ​Audit & Office Management:​
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors during annual audits and tax assessments.
• ​Manage regional office petty cash, administrative expenses, and payroll processing.

• ​Key Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com) or M.Com / Inter CA / CMA.
• ​Experience: 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• ​Technical Skills:​Tally Prime: Advanced hands-on working knowledge (voucher entries, inventory management, taxation features).
• ​Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Reconciliations).
• ​Taxation: Thorough practical knowledge of GST laws, e-way bills, e-invoicing, and TDS/TCS.
• ​Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Malayalam (crucial for regional vendor and local authority communication).
• ​Soft Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• ​Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a regional office setup or multi-location corporate structure.
• ​Familiarity with income tax procedures and local municipal compliance in Kerala.
