Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

Explain package details, destinations, pricing, inclusions, and offers effectively.

Generate new leads through telecalling and existing databases.

Follow up consistently with potential customers and convert leads into bookings.

Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the tour operations/sales team for quotations and booking requirements.

Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
