We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts & Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day accounts, finance-related documentation, office administration, and stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, billing, expenses, payments and financial records

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, purchase bills, vouchers and other documents

• Manage office administration and daily office activities

• Maintain accurate stock records of wound care, surgical and company products

• Monitor stock inward/outward movement and update inventory regularly

• Coordinate purchase, supply and stock requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and records for accounts and inventory

• Support management with account statements, outstanding payments and reports

• Ensure the office and stock are maintained systematically

Experience: 0–5 years

Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Skills:

Basic accounting knowledge | MS Excel | Billing | Inventory Management | Documentation | Office Administration
