Position: Accountant

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Support senior accountant/management in routine accounting and reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting data.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience are preferred.
