Assistant Manager

Guest Experience & Service Excellence·      

• Drive guest experience by ensuring consistent service quality across all shifts.
• Oversee handling of escalated guest complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and upselling performance to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand SOPs, service protocols, and guest engagement standards.

Hygiene, Safety & Regulatory Compliance      

• Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and brand food safety protocols.
• Conduct and review hygiene, sanitation, and safety audits across the store.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly for any compliance gaps.
• Train and guide shift managers and team members on food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.

Operations & Shift Oversight      

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide operational guidance to shift managers and team members during peak and non-peak hours.
• Ensure product availability, equipment uptime, and operational readiness at all times.

Inventory, Cash Control & Reporting      

• Review daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and variance reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, and pilferage control.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, stock counts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational, financial, and compliance reports.

Team Leadership·     

•   Support manpower planning, shift rostering, and optimal deployment of staff.
• Conduct on-the-job training and refresher sessions.

Business Performance ·      

• Support achievement of sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency goals.
