Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The role involves managing production staff, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets while following safety guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets are met within deadlines
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance if required
• Maintain product quality as per company standards
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
• Manage and guide production workers and operators
• Track raw material usage and minimize wastage
• Prepare daily production reports and documentation
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
• Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in shifts

• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems or production software
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma basics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills
