Assistant Production Manager

Position: Junior Production Manager( Rice, Pulse, Grain & Flour Background only).

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Location: [Rai , sonipat Haryana ]prefer near by locations only

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Production Manager to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing production schedules and workflow.
• Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to avoid delays.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and wastage, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and productivity.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Support senior management in process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
