Job Description
We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across marketplaces and our own website. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms
Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and A+ content for visibility.
Manage daily operations on Vendor/Seller Central, including order processing, pricing, and inventory and return management.
Develop and execute Amazon Ads (PPC) strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Analyze daily sales trends, report on performance, and benchmark against competitors to drive growth.
Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly
Handle pricing, offers, and promotions
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse team
Resolve customer queries and platform-related issues
Analyze sales reports, return data, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.
Basic knowledge of Excel ,VLOOKUP, reports, inventory sheets.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
