Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: ₹10,00,000 per annum CTC
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field.

AA Industries manufactures precision fan shafts for fan brands, OEMs and appliance manufacturers across India. We are expanding our operations and introducing technology to improve production tracking, business reporting and decision-making.
We are hiring a Business Analyst to work directly with management, identify operational gaps and turn business data into measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse production output, rejection rates, downtime, manpower utilisation and manufacturing costs.
- Build dashboards and reports that help management identify problems and track performance.
- Map existing workflows and improve coordination across production, inventory, purchasing and finance.
- Develop business cases for machinery investments, automation and capacity expansion.
- Support the implementation of digital production tracking and business systems.
- Define performance indicators, document processes and track improvement projects.
- Work with factory teams to validate data and implement practical solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and coordinating projects.
- Clear communication and the ability to work with management and shop-floor teams.
- Ownership of projects from identifying the problem through implementation.
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, operations analysis, costing, ERP systems, SQL or process automation.
