Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to promote solar panel solutions.
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market surveys.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
Explain the benefits, ROI, and government subsidies related to solar energy.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Submit daily visit reports and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
✅ Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Solar, Electrical, Telecom, or Banking Sales will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
