Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in enterprise application development, SDLC, and domain workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend technologies, along with practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and LLM-based coding assistants.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions, accelerating software delivery through modern development practices, and integrating AI capabilities where appropriate—without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for application development and data management.
• Follow established SDLC, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, Copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants to improve development productivity.
• Apply practical knowledge of AI concepts and understand their limitations, with a focus on AI integration rather than model training.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work with cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Must-Have
• Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework:
• React
• Angular

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, including Copilots or LLM-based coding assistants.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, particularly for application integration.
• Ability to deliver solutions quickly while maintaining quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Good to HaveExposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into enterprise applications.
• Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
