• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Prepare and release offer letters and joining documentation.
• Support basic HR activities such as onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with strong recruitment experience preferred.

Key Focus: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%) + General HR Support (20%).
