Job Description

Neocasa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources department. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sound understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
