Role : Influencer Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Recruitment Manager to manage creator outreach, onboarding, collaborations and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities:

• Find and recruit relevant influencers and creators.
• Manage influencer outreach and daily follow-ups.
• Build and maintain an organised creator database/tracker.
• Negotiate barter and paid collaborations.
• Coordinate product seeding and campaign deliverables.
• Track influencer performance and posting commitments.
• Follow up with creators who delay or miss deliverables.
• Identify genuine, high-quality influencers and evaluate audience authenticity.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations or talent management.
• Fashion, beauty or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Strong Hindi and English communication.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing influencer databases, trackers and campaign reports.
• Comfortable doing approximately 40–50 outreach messages per day.
• Should have a proven record of onboarding influencers/creators.
