Production Supervisor

AA Industries is hiring a Mechanical Production & Quality Supervisor to monitor hourly production and perform basic in-process quality checks on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record machine-wise and operator-wise production every hour.
• Verify actual production quantities on the shop floor.
• Inspect approximately 2–3 sample components from each relevant machine/operation at regular hourly intervals.
• Check components against engineering drawings and required specifications.
• Measure dimensions using vernier calipers and other basic measuring instruments.
• Identify dimensional deviations, defects, or quality issues and immediately inform the production/quality team.
• Monitor basic machine and operator performance during production.
• Maintain accurate hourly production and quality inspection records.
• Use a clamp meter and multimeter for basic machine/electrical checking when required.
• Ensure production entries and quality measurements are properly documented and verified.
• Coordinate with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and quality personnel when abnormalities are identified.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience can be considered.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and basic manufacturing processes.
• Must know how to use a Vernier Caliper.
• Basic knowledge of Clamp Meter and Multimeter.
• Comfortable working continuously on the production floor.
• Good observation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic Excel or production-reporting knowledge preferred.
• Experience in machining, automotive components, precision components, or engineering manufacturing is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
