Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Telecalling) who can handle outbound calling to potential customers. This is a sales-based role, but with no pressure or hard targets. Your job will be to inform, follow up, and convert leads in a calm and structured environment.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using a given database
  • Explain our products/services clearly to interested customers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a record of calls and customer responses
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks





Requirements:


  • Good communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling
  • Confidence and patience in speaking with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge
