Job Description

* Follow site safety rules: safety shoes, helmet and other PPE for self and workers.

* Ensure the site is clean and safe at the end of each day.

* Follow the mall / airport / client site rules, permission and gate-pass procedures.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of retail interior work: carpentry, false ceiling, partition, flooring, painting, electrical and signage.

* Ability to read drawings and take correct measurements.

* Basic Excel / WhatsApp / email; comfortable with the CashBook app and photo reporting.

* Basic Hindi and English communication; leadership skills to manage workers.

* Honesty, punctuality and discipline with money and material.

Qualification

* Diploma in Civil / Interior / Mechanical, or ITI (Carpentry), or Graduate with relevant site experience.
