Job Title: Telesales & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Telesales & Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, databases, and other sources.
• Make outbound calls and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp/email.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily/monthly call, lead, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful order closure.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi & English communication preferred.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or sales preferred.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
