About the RoleSocial Three Sixty is building an in-house content team focused on social, digital, branded, and narrative content.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, hooks, visual rhythm, and viewer retention.

Knowing the software is the baseline. Knowing why to make the cut is what we’re hiring for.

Your background could be social media, YouTube, documentary, branded content, motion graphics, or mixed-media. We care more about your portfolio and creative judgment than the exact path you took.

• What You’ll DoEdit short-form and long-form digital content
• Turn raw footage into clear, engaging stories
• Find stronger hooks, cuts, and structures
• Work across social-first, narrative, documentary, and mixed-media styles
• Use B-roll, music, graphics, and sound effectively
• Maintain consistency across recurring content series
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, designers, and producers
• Experiment with generative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Sora, and similar platforms where useful

What We’re Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Understanding of short-form/social content
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and own the final edit
• Curiosity about new creative tools and formats
• Portfolio showing strong editing work

Nice to Have

• After Effects / Motion Graphics
• DaVinci Resolve
• Basic colour grading or sound design
• Branded or commercial content experience
• Generative AI tool experience
