About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge & Inventory Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and warehouse staff.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
• Manage SKU-wise inventory including size, colour and quantity.
• Ensure timely and error-free dispatches for online, offline and B2B orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, job-workers, couriers and logistics partners.
• Monitor damaged, slow-moving and excess stock.
• Maintain GRNs, stock transfers, invoices and other warehouse records.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and manage daily productivity.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, security and SOPs.
• Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports for management.
• Reduce stock mismatch, damage, wastage and fulfilment errors.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–8 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in apparel, textiles, handicrafts, lifestyle or D2C/e-commerce preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong understanding of stock reconciliation, SKU management and FIFO.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong leadership, organisation, problem-solving and ownership skills.
• High level of honesty and accountability for company stock.
