CIVIL ENGINEER – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION & BILLING Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of building construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and billing work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day building construction activities at site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
• Check construction levels, dimensions, alignment, and quality of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
• Prepare and verify measurements, quantity calculations, RA bills, contractor bills, and final bills.
• Monitor material usage, workmanship, and construction progress.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely, within the required quality and schedule.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Good practical knowledge of building construction and site-level execution.
• Strong knowledge of measurement and billing work.
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, quantities, and estimation.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• Candidates with experience in residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.
