Job Description

* Daily inspection and supervision of the entire layout  

* Monitor security guards, housekeeping and site staff  

* Prevent and immediately report encroachments or unauthorized activities  

* Check plot boundaries, stones, fencing, roads and site infrastructure  

* Coordinate customer/plot-owner site visits and provide necessary assistance  

* Monitor ongoing development and maintenance works  

* Maintain daily site activity, visitor and issue reports  

* Coordinate with management, vendors and contractors  

* Report damages, disputes, complaints or site-related issues immediately  

* Ensure overall cleanliness, security and proper maintenance of the layout
