Job Description

  1. Receive payments from customers for vehicle bookings, vehicle sales, service bills, spare parts, accessories, and other dealership-related transactions.
  2. Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit card payments, cheques, and bank transfers.
  3. Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate cash and payment records.
  4. Prepare daily cash reports and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  5. Verify payment details and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
  6. Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Accounts departments regarding payments and outstanding dues.
  7. Maintain cash books, payment vouchers, receipt records, and other relevant documents.
  8. Deposit cash into the bank as per company policy and maintain proper deposit records.
  9. Support invoice verification, customer billing, and basic accounting activities.
  10. Report any cash discrepancies, payment issues, or suspicious transactions to the Accounts Manager.
  11. Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of financial information.
  12. Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and internal financial controls.
