Job Description
અમારી કંપની દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતા તમામ ઉત્પાદનો અને સેવાઓ વિશે સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી મેળવવી. સીધા સંપર્ક, મૌખિક વાતચીત અને માર્કેટિંગ વિભાગ સાથે સહયોગ દ્વારા નવા ગ્રાહકો મેળવવા.
જવાબદારીઓ: વેચાણ II – ગ્રાહક સંપાદન
• નિર્ધારિત વિસ્તારમાં સંભવિત ગ્રાહકો (Prospects)ની ઓળખ કરવી અને કોલ્ડ કોલિંગ, ઈમેઈલ, ચેટ અને ડોર-ટુ-ડોર મુલાકાતો દ્વારા નવી લીડ્સ જનરેટ કરવી.
• સંભવિત ગ્રાહકો સાથે વ્યક્તિગત મીટિંગ્સ યોજવી, તેમને કંપનીના ઉત્પાદનો અથવા સેવાઓ ખરીદવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા અને તેમની જરૂરિયાતોને સમજવી તથા પૂર્ણ કરવી.
• ગ્રાહકો સાથે નિયમિત ફોલોઅપ કરીને સારા સંબંધો જાળવી રાખવા તથા પુનરાવર્તિત વ્યવસાય (Repeat Business) અને રેફરલ્સને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા.
