Job Description

Job Title: Sales Telecaller

Company: Smart Shram Media

Location: B-111, The Landmark, Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Experience: 6 Months or more


  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain daily call and lead records.
  • Convert interested leads into appointments/sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telecalling/sales experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
