Job Description

Patel Enterprises is looking for an energetic, results-driven Calling Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound sales calls. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, explain our offerings, qualify leads, and close sales or book qualified appointments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Outreach & Follow-up: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and follow up on incoming inquiries.
  • Product Explanation: Clearly articulate product/service specifications, pricing, and advantages to address customer requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update call logs, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/Excel tracker.
  • Objection Handling & Closing: Address customer queries, resolve concerns, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and drive deals to closure.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and sales revenue.
