We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible candidate with excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge, and strong data management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and respond appropriately.
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of data management, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ability to organize, update, and manage data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and complete tasks on time.
