Hiring for Brand Manager
Location: Ghaziabad | Experience: 4-8 years | Industry: Beauty/Skincare/D2C/FMCG
Working: 6 days
Role Summary
Create brand identity, social presence & content engine. This is a hands-on Brand + Content + Social role to make the company culturally relevant and drive awareness to sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy: Build consistent brand voice, storytelling, positioning. Translate brand philosophy into content.
2. Social & Content Strategy: Own Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest strategy. Build content pillars: Product, Education, Entertainment, Brand, Community, UGC.
3. Content Production: Create monthly content calendar. Lead "content multiplication" - 1 product = Reels + Carousels + Stories + UGC + Memes.
4. Campaigns: Conceptualize integrated brand & product campaigns. Brief creative, influencer, performance teams for unified communication.
5. Creator & UGC: Develop UGC briefs, identify creators, build library of winning formats. Work with influencer marketing team.
6. Analytics: Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, watch time. Build monthly performance reports with recommendations.
7. Social Listening: Monitor beauty/skincare trends, memes, competitors, consumer pain points. Convert trends into content opportunities.
