Job Description
🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE – PAINTS
📍 Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
🎂 Age: Maximum 28 Years
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + PF
🎁 Annual Bonus: Applicable
- Key Responsibilities:Handle sales of paints and related products in the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and customers regularly.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Conduct field visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Promote products and explain product features to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Follow up on orders and payments.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Requirements:1–5 years of experience in Paint Sales / Building Material Sales / Construction Material Sales.
- Candidates with dealer/distributor sales experience will be preferred.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Age should not exceed 28 years.
