Job Description
HIRING FOR GYM.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members and visitors at the front desk.
• Handle enquiries, calls, and membership-related queries.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective members.
• Explain membership plans, services, and offers.
• Convert leads/enquiries into memberships and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain member records and daily front-desk reports.
• Coordinate with trainers and the management team.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all members.
🔹 Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Strong sales and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in fitness, gym, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage.
