**Position:** HR Executive  

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month  

**Work Mode:** Work From Office  

**Working Days:** 6 Days a Week  

**Location:** Kala Patthar Road, Aditya Gold Crust, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

### 🔥 Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Manage joining and onboarding processes.

- Maintain recruitment and employee records.

- Handle day-to-day HR activities.

### ✅ Requirements

- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer & MS Office knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
