Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within or outside the office.
  • Assist staff with day-to-day office-related tasks.
  • Keep office supplies and pantry items properly organized.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs, tables, and refreshments.
  • Ensure office equipment and common areas are kept clean and organized.
