Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate and print shipping labels from platforms like Shiprocket, Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.
- Verify all customer order details including name, phone number, address, and product information.
- Check and confirm shipping charges according to package weight and courier partner rates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team to ensure accurate packaging and shipping.
- Update order status and tracking details in the system.
- Handle daily operations related to eCommerce order processing and fulfillment.
- Communicate with courier partners in case of pickup, delivery issues, or discrepancies.
- Maintain logs and generate reports on shipping performance and cost.
- Ensure all processes follow SLA timelines and company standards.
