Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate and print shipping labels from platforms like Shiprocket, Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.
  • Verify all customer order details including name, phone number, address, and product information.
  • Check and confirm shipping charges according to package weight and courier partner rates.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team to ensure accurate packaging and shipping.
  • Update order status and tracking details in the system.
  • Handle daily operations related to eCommerce order processing and fulfillment.
  • Communicate with courier partners in case of pickup, delivery issues, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain logs and generate reports on shipping performance and cost.
  • Ensure all processes follow SLA timelines and company standards.
