Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Develop effective sales strategies to increase lead conversion and overall business revenue.

• Monitor daily team performance, including calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.

• Guide Sales Executives in handling hot leads, customer objections, negotiations, and closing.

• Ensure proper distribution, tracking, and follow-up of leads within the team.

• Set individual and team targets and regularly monitor performance against assigned goals.

• Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Train and mentor Sales Executives to improve communication, conversion, and closing skills.

• Personally handle important, high-value, or difficult customer negotiations whenever required.

• Monitor lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion ratios.

• Prepare and review sales performance reports, revenue reports, and pipeline updates.

• Coordinate with senior management regarding sales performance, market feedback, and business projections.

• Ensure the team maintains proper CRM/lead records and follows the company's sales process.

• Take ownership of overall team performance, revenue generation, and achievement of sales targets.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
