Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Solar
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executive for our Solar Rooftop Business in Ghaziabad, Noida & Greater Noida.
Responsibilities:
- Visit residential areas, independent houses and low-rise buildings.
- Generate leads for 3 kW rooftop solar systems under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
- Meet homeowners and explain solar benefits, subsidy and savings.
- Collect electricity bill details and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate for rooftop/site surveys.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Follow up with customers until installation is completed.
- Develop contacts with RWA members, electricians, property dealers and local partners.
- Maintain daily lead and customer records.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Solar/Electrical/Real Estate/Inverter-Battery sales experience will be an advantage.
- Own bike and smartphone required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field work in Ghaziabad, Noida & Greater Noida.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary: ₹9000–₹12,000 per month
Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
Incentive: ₹1,500–₹3,000 per successful installation
