Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Role Summary

Handle inbound and outbound calls to buyers/inquiries generated through IndiaMART, qualify leads, explain products/services, follow up persistently, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to IndiaMART leads within 15–30 minutes of receipt (speed-to-lead is critical on this platform)

• Make outbound calls to qualify buyer intent, budget, and quantity requirements

• Explain product specs, pricing, and MOQs clearly over phone/WhatsApp

• Send quotations, catalogues, and follow-up messages

• Maintain a structured follow-up cadence (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 15) until lead closes or goes cold

• Update lead status daily in Excel/CRM/IndiaMART CRM panel

• Coordinate with dispatch/accounts once an order is confirmed

• Report daily call counts, conversions, and pipeline status

• Handle basic objection handling (price, MOQ, delivery timelines, credibility concerns)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably B2B (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial experience is a strong plus)

• Comfortable with high call volumes (50–100+ calls/day)

• Fluent Hindi, working English (adjust based on buyer base)

• Basic Excel/CRM data entry skills

• Good listening skills — able to qualify leads, not just pitch
