Tendering Executive


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and coordination.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and track relevant government and private tenders through online portals.

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

- Prepare and compile tender/bid documents, quotations, and supporting paperwork.

- Manage e-tendering, online bid submission, and follow-ups within deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, financial, and compliance-related documents.

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and required documentation.

- Ensure all bids are accurate, complete, and submitted within the specified timelines.


Requirements


- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in tendering/bidding preferred.

- Good knowledge of e-tendering portals and tender documentation.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

- Experience with GeM and government tenders will be an advantage.
