We are looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator who can ensure that every

shoot is planned, executed and delivered smoothly from strategy to posting.

Job Objective

The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that no content production starts

without Full Kitting and that every project moves systematically through the production

pipeline.

The role is not just about coordinating shoots—it is about managing the complete production

lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning

● Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.

● Maintain the production calendar.

● Ensure all departments are aligned before every shoot.

● Coordinate with strategy, production and post-production teams.

2. Full Kitting Management

Ensure every project is fully prepared before production begins.

This includes coordinating:

● Strategy approval

● Shoot dates

● Speakers and students

● Makeup artist

● Dresses

● Props

● Ingredients

● Equipment

● Branding material

● Camera setup

● Shooting locations

● Production checklists

No shoot should begin until the Full Kitting Checklist is completed.

3. Shoot Coordination

During the shoot, ensure:

● Team reports on time.

● Camera setup is complete.● Audio and lighting are checked.

● Props are available.

● Speakers are ready.

● Makeup is completed.

● Shooting follows the approved scene list.

● Production timelines are maintained.

4. Post-Production Coordination

Coordinate the complete post-production workflow.

Responsibilities include:

● Uploading footage

● Folder organization

● Assigning editors

● Tracking editing progress

● Following up with outsourced editors

● Tracking first cuts

● Tracking corrections

● Managing approvals

● Coordinating thumbnails

● Coordinating posters

● Coordinating reel edits

● Ensuring deadlines are met

5. Production Tracking

Maintain live dashboards showing:

● Upcoming shoots

● Content status

● Editing status

● Pending approvals

● Ready-to-post content

● Backup inventory

● Team assignments

● Daily production reports6. Content Backup Management

Maintain minimum production inventory.

Examples:

● Minimum 10 ready-to-post podcasts

● Minimum 10 ready-to-post recipes

● Minimum 30 approved AH reels

● Minimum 30 approved live reels per account

● Minimum 10 ready-to-post long YouTube videos

Immediately report when inventory falls below the required level.

7. Live Shoot Coordination

Coordinate:

● Live strategy

● Food preparation

● Studio setup

● Promotion before Live

● Recording

● Timestamp documentation

● Long-video editing

● Reel creation

● Thumbnail creation

● Final approvals

8. Quality Control

Ensure:

● Brand consistency

● Naming conventions

● Folder structure

● File backups

● Production SOP compliance

● Content quality standards

● Delivery timelines9. Team Coordination

Coordinate daily with:

● Founders

● Strategy Team

● Videographers

● Editors

● Designers

● Makeup Artists

● Kitchen Team

● Student Coordination Team

● Social Media Team

Daily Responsibilities

● Review production calendar.

● Conduct the daily production meeting.

● Verify Full Kitting before every shoot.

● Monitor ongoing shoots.

● Track editing progress.

● Follow up on pending approvals.

● Update production dashboard.

● Report daily status to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Production Coordinator will be evaluated on:

● Percentage of shoots completed on schedule

● Percentage of projects with complete Full Kitting

● On-time editing completion

● Approval turnaround time

● Posting readiness

● Minimum backup maintained● Reduction in production delays

● Team coordination efficiency

● Dashboard accuracy

● SOP compliance

Preferred Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline

● Experience in media, production, events or digital marketing preferred

● Experience coordinating content production is an advantage

Work Timings

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per production schedule and shoot requirements)

Weekly off as per company policy.
