Job Description

Hiring: YouTube Channel Manager


We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible YouTube Channel Manager to manage our YouTube video publishing process and support channel growth.

The candidate will coordinate with the content, editing and design teams to ensure videos are published on time, properly optimised and follow YouTube guidelines. Freshers with good communication skills and a genuine interest in YouTube are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the YouTube content calendar and track video deadlines.
  • Upload and schedule videos through YouTube Studio.
  • Review video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and SEO before publishing.
  • Add video chapters, captions, playlists and other publishing elements.
  • Coordinate with content writers, video editors and graphic designers.
  • Track video performance using views, click-through rate, watch time and subscriber growth.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Check every video for compliance with YouTube policies before publishing.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery of videos.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of YouTube, video content and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Drive.
  • Comfortable working on a laptop throughout the workday.
  • Good writing skills in English, Hindi and Hinglish.
  • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Freshers are welcome! Previous experience managing a YouTube channel or using YouTube Studio is an added advantage but not mandatory.
