Business Development Manager (BDM)

Lead Generation & Prospecting (Hunting):

• Platform Management: Actively manage, filter, and convert inquiries received from major B2B platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and Facebook Leads.

• Proactive Sourcing: Use professional networks like LinkedIn and online directories to identify brand owners, startups, and established companies looking for Ayurvedic contract manufacturing.

• Targeting Existing Brands: Approach brands that are already manufacturing via other third-party manufacturers and present Earth Soul Ayurveda as a better, more premium, and efficient partner.

2. Client Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Initiate discussions with potential clients, understand their product requirements (formulations, packaging, batch sizes), and pitch our manufacturing capabilities.

• Coordinate with our internal team to provide accurate commercial quotes and sample feedback to the clients.

• Follow up rigorously to close deals and sign manufacturing agreements.

3. Relationship Management:

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing B2B clients to secure repeat orders and references.
