📞 Collection Executive (Telecalling - Loan Recovery)

Location: Greater Noida, Site 4

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko calls karke payment follow-up karna.
  • Pending payments & PTP (Promise to Pay) ka follow-up maintain karna.
  • Customer queries ko professionally handle karna.
  • Daily calling/collection data update karna.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-oriented & confident personality.
  • Telecalling/Collection experience preferred.
