Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Greater Noida West. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, content creation, and performance marketing, Lead Generation. Experience in video shooting and editing for social media will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, shorts, carousels, and promotional creatives.
• Shoot and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn using professional editing tools.
• Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, ad copies, captions, and marketing content.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for social media platforms.
• Analyze competitor strategies, keyword rankings, and website performance.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Performance Marketing.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant project experience are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
