Job Description
### Position: Production Planning Manager
**Experience:** 5–6 years in Production Planning, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage weekly/monthly production plans and schedules.
* Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and production capacity.
* Monitor WIP, bottlenecks, machine utilization, and production targets.
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
* Maintain MIS reports and ensure accurate ERP updates.
* Optimize workflow, reduce lead time, and improve productivity.
* Lead the production planning team and monitor KPIs.
* Implement Lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
### Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Production Management or MBA in Operations.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing, capacity planning, and material flow.
* ERP experience is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, analytical skills, and team management.
### Job Details
**Location:** Surajpur Industrial Area, Kasna
**Working Days:** 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
**CTC:** ₹6–8 LPA
