Job Description
We are Divya Padma Infosystem LLP a growing and professionally managed organization engaged in the Real Estate. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, explaining property/project details, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available units to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Coordinate with the sales coordinator and management for documentation and booking processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
