Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive

Company: EmCube International LLP

Brand: Scent & Stir — A Perfume Bar by EmCube

Scent & Stir is a perfume brand of EmCube International LLP. We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to help with sales and daily operations at our retail outlet and exhibitions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, explain our perfumes, and help them choose.
  • Sell products and handle billing and payments.
  • Help prepare, fill, label, and pack perfumes after training.
  • Keep the outlet clean, organised, and ready for customers.
  • Maintain stock records and inform us when supplies are running low.
  • Help set up and manage our stall at exhibitions.
  • Occasionally process and pack online orders. Delivery is not part of this role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good communication skills and a polite attitude.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work responsibly.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus. Freshers are welcome.
